How do I get the course materials? |
|
All course material is downloaded to your
computer hard drive for viewing using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The course material
will be available to view for as long as you leave the file on your computer and
can later be used as reference material. You do not need to be on-line to view the
course material.

2.
Is Hassle Free CE an approved course provider? |
|
Yes, Hassle Free CE is an approved continuing
education provider in a number of states. You can view our different state provider
numbers on our "Courses" page. If you find that the classes we offer do not cover
the topics you are looking for, let us know and we will search for a course that
covers those topics or we can develop the course ourselves! If you need more information

Where do I view my courses? |
|
Once you have signed up as a Hassle Free
CE customer you can view all of the courses you have signed up for by logging on
with your username and password on the navigation bar. You will be able to view
the status of each class and the credits you will receive for them.

Is there a return policy? |
|
If for any reason you are not completely
satisfied with a Hassle Free CE course, you may contact us within 30 days from the
date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. |

5.
How does grading work? |
|
You must attain a passing grade of at
least 70% to obtain the credit hours. You will be notified immediately of the status
of your exam. If you pass your exam you will be able to print a certificate of completion
directly from your computer. |

9. Is it safe to order online? |

Your personal information is transmitted
to a secure server. Your information is encrypted and cannot be retrieved by anyone
other than Hassle Free CE 's customer support staff. All credit card information is deleted upon completion
